Spill the Tea was created to provide a more creative approach to market research. Ian has worked as a primary researcher with numerous Fortune 500 companies and has partnered with quite a few research companies. Much research lacks creativity and a willingness to push beyond the envelope, and as a result, the findings produced are often uninspiring. This leads to boring strategies and creative teams struggling to determine their direction.

Spill the Tea examines consumers through a layered approach, encompassing both personal psychology and cultural anthropology, to understand who the consumer is and why they think and act the way they do. We are willing to get a little weird and ask questions that will get more interesting findings utilizing cutting-edge technologies to get you to not yet discoved depths of understanding.

Spill the Tea Insights LLC is method agnostic and can custom-design any single or series of research projects to address your objectives. We have years of experience custom designing and conducting research for top companies and non-profits, so we will work hand in hand with your team to co-create the perfect study.

We do not believe great projects come from one person, but approach all projects as collaborations where whole teams are involved. We even enjoy collaborating with other insights companies and have a good relationship with many top researchers worldwide.
